No returns are accepted, except recieved product/s are in damaged condition. Also retun request must me done within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Cost of shipping when returning a purchase is required to be paid by the customer. If mistake was made on our end we will provide a shipping label and bag to return purchased item. After arrival and proper inspection, WearTamz will issue a refund for the amount paid for purchase, not shipping.
Exchanges are approved when the item is returned to WearTamz and received in its original condition, and new item is equivalent in price.
No item will be approved for exchange after 10 days of purchase date.
